We want you to be completely satisfied with your Knitting for Olive purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable and yarn must be returned with labels intact.
Initiate Your Return
Email our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring yarn hanks are untangled and all labels are securely attached to the products.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse in Denmark.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
