Where does Knitting for Olive source its wool?
We prioritize animal welfare and sustainability. All our wool is sourced from mulesing-free farms, and our yarns are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while international shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The yarn must be in its original condition, unused, and with all labels intact. Please note that digital knitting patterns are non-refundable.
What should I do if a specific yarn color is out of stock?
We restock our core collection regularly. You can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the specific product page to receive an email as soon as your favorite shade is available again.
Are your knitting patterns available in multiple languages?
Yes, most of our patterns are available in Danish, English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, and French. You can select your preferred language before adding the pattern to your cart.
