
Tuva Sweater
Tuva Sweater is worked sideways back and forth in one continuous piece from sleeve to sleeve using 1Ā strand of Heavy Merino. Two cables run up the first sleeve across the first shoulder where they split atĀ the neckline with one cable running along the front neckline and the other cable running along the backĀ neckline. The two cables join again at the other shoulder and then continue down the second sleeve. TheĀ cables are worked in stockinette stitch while the rest of the sweater is worked in garter stitch. OnceĀ finished, the sweater might look to be on the short side but it will stretch and lengthen with blocking.
