Elvira Poncho is worked from the top down in a simple charted textured stitch pattern. It is worked with 1 strand of Heavy Merino + 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair held together throughout.
You start with the ribbed neckband. Afterwards, you start working the textured pattern and shape the poncho with increases both at the shoulders and at mid-front and mid-back as indicated in the charts.
